posted by: dre (reply) post date: 06.15.05 (7:47 am) eat fruits and vegetables. fresh ones (don't buy them at ghetto albertsons on 7th street those things are nasty). drink lots o' water. avoid soda! and only drink juice that is made from 100% real fruit juice. drink milk--but 1% or fatt-free. take multi vitamins going for a walk for 20 minutes a day is good exercise. if u want to do more, scedule a once week gym outing and stick to it. u don't have to go there everyday. i also recomend stretching when u feel down and unmotivated to do anything. it gets the blood circulating and it's a mini workout. do u have weights to lift? that helps too. be a strong woman. as for eating, think balance. a little bit of carbs. a little bit of protein. a bunch of fruits and vegetables. and the occasional fat/oil things. there are good kinds of fat and good kinda of oils. i'll ask my mom which ones they are and let u know. it makes a big difference knowing the kind of oils to look for in salad dresing and such. that's all the nutritional and health advice i can think of right now. i'm sure there are more tips that involved actually eating that u can find on the interweb.
