I'm ready for fall. I'm ready for big comfy sweatshirts, boots, and probably my favorite holiday, Halloween. Stores setting up for Halloween this early doesn't piss me off nearly as much as Christmas. Maybe because there isn't another holiday before Halloween that gets glossed over, Halloween isn't nearly as loaded with commercialism, and everybody doesn't decorate for Halloween like they do Christmas; you don't see stores lined with orange lights or pumpkins on display shelves, etc.
Another big thing happening today: Jeremy's POS car that has been nothing but a useless paperweight for the last 4 months is about to become some unfortunate charity's problem! This is so exciting! After not parking in the parking spot for three weeks I finally get it back! That stupid thing will be gone! No more spending AAA bailouts on it! No more having to help move it in any way! I do however have to get it off our insurance. I'm really tired of my computer being so full! I don't know what happens. I delete about several MB of stuff, and the next thing I know, even without saving anything, it's full again! I really really need to paint. If only it wasn't such a pain in the ass. Drawing is so much easier; no equipment necessary. |
