My big scary test that could make or break grad school for me is tomorrow at 8 am. I am really worried about it. I did shitty on my SAT. So far I'm not doing so good in math and stuff. A little better but not much in English. I cannot be a human dictionary/thesaurus. I wish I could be, but I can't know every word out there!
I was doing a practice argument essay, deconstructing a prompt that said "Opening a gym in my town will guarantee profit." It failed to specifically state how this profit will come to me. It made me think of this: I don't watch South Park at all anymore mostly because they are always trying to say something but they are usually saying it just because they think they are cooler by saying the opposite of what everyone else is saying. But I absolutely love this episode. It was funnier when they weren't saying anything and just making naughty jokes. |
